RETURNS & EXCHANGES
CRYSTALS
Items can only be returned and refunded if item is damaged once received, If we do not receive evidence of damaged item before two weeks of receiving item, we can not except return, so please be sure to immediately contact us at aurastones@outlook.com so we can help straight away with the refund process.
JEWELLERY
Returns are excepted if you feel product is not to the quality you desire. Please ensure you contact us within the 14 days of receiving item and we will start the return or exchange process immediately.
You can not return or exchange items due to change of mind. You will need the a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as packaging product came in.
WRONG ITEM
If you have received wrong item we are happy to exchange in the case this ever happens. WITH POSTAGE PAID BY US.
If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake, we are happy to exchange. WITH POSTAGE PAID BY YOU.
EXCHANGES
For a faster process it is quicker to return product for refund, to then buy product separately as refund payments can take some time.
To start a return, you can contact us at aurastones@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
